When the format is grocery-style (t-shirt/vest) and the load is heavier. In this catalog the reference is 5 kg at 0.10 microns — above the die-cut (3 kg).

The number of colors affects the final price. Pantone or CMYK. If you have a locked color, send the Pantone Coated (C) code.
High or low density
Micron thickness ranges from 0.03 to 0.30 microns; the most common is between 0.05 and 0.10 microns. Polyethylene can be high or low density.
Printing on polyethylene
PE print depends on drying, adhesion and durability. Memba specifies the process case by case (15+ years in this application).
PE resin can be colored, white, black or transparent. Ask about colors or send a sample.
On this model, 0.10 microns typically holds up to 5kg. Thickness can go up if the load is heavier.
LD density: more gloss, milky look, more stretch.
HD density: more opaque, less gloss, more tear and puncture resistance.
